Thank you for your interest in The Christ School!  Please follow the steps below to complete an application.  Once we have received your application, we will schedule an assessment for your child.

    Documentation for K – 8th grade:
    Completed Application for Admission
    Application fee ($150; non-refundable)
    Parent Statement of Support (both parents/guardians must sign)
    Current photo of applicant
    Copy of Birth Certificate
    Teacher Recommendation Form (K-1) (2-5) (6-8)Additional Documentation for 1st – 4th grade:
    Copy of previous year and most recent report cards
    Copy of most recent standardized test scores

    Additional Documentation     for 5th – 8th grade:
    Copy of two previous years and most recent report cards
    Copy of two previous years and most recent standardized test scores
    Language Arts Teacher Recommendation Form
    Math Teacher Recommendation Form
    Principal/Guidance Counselor Recommendation Form
  3. Provide current teachers/principal/guidance counselor with addressed and stamped envelopes, along with appropriate recommendation forms.
  4. Complete grade level assessment.
    K – 5th grade:     The Christ School administers a grade level assessment to assist in determining if we can meet the needs of your child. We will notify you of your child’s testing date and time upon receipt of a completed application.
    6th – 8th grade:     The Christ School conducts an individual student interview, requests a writing sample, and administers a math assessment to assist in determining if we can meet the needs of your child.  We will notify you of your child’s interview and testing date and time upon receipt of a completed application.
  5. Upon completion of the above, you will receive written notification of your child’s enrollment status. If all admission requirements have been met and there is availability in your child’s grade, a place will be offered and a nonrefundable tuition deposit of $650 and a new student fee of $750 will be due within ten days of the date of offer. If all admission requirements have been met and there is not availability in your child’s grade, your application will remain active in a waiting pool.
