Exploring Charlotte’s Web

Third grade students are participating in a novel study of Charlotte’s Web. To introduce the novel, their teachers surprised the students by transforming their classrooms into barns! The novel study will include reading, classroom discussions, interactive activities, exploring new vocabulary, and completing projects based on the text. At the end of the novel study, students will recreate their favorite scene from the book by making a diorama to present to the class. This is a wonderful novel study in which students learn all about the importance of friendship and love.
