Lions’ Sports News April 3

The Christ School track and field team completed their season on Monday at the Greater Orlando Athletic Conference Championship Meet. TCS had 25 students representing our school with many students accomplishing their personal records at the final meet. Anna Wells Burden led the way by finishing in first place in the girls 400 Meters!

Lower School
TCS offers a Cross Country Clinic to our 3rd, 4th & 5th grade students this spring. The clinic will be led by our head cross country coach Terra Townsend, who will introduce running and breathing techniques through fun games and activities. The five-week clinic will begin on Wednesday, April 10 from 3:30 to 4:15 pm and the remaining sessions will be on Thursdays: April 18, 25, May 2 and 9.  The registration fee for the clinic is $75, and will be charged to your FACTS account.  If your child has not already participated in a TCS sport a TCS waiver will need to be completed and returned to Mr. Vais.  Please register online by Monday, April 3.

1st and 2nd grade Soccer Shots will be held on Thursday, April 4, from 3:30 to 4:05 pm in the gym.

TK – Kindergarten Soccer Shots will be held on Tuesday, April 9, from 3:30 to 4:05 pm on the green space.

3rd / 4th grade volleyball will practice on Monday, April 8, from 3:30 to 4:45 pm in the gym.
