Middle School Athletics
Volleyball
6th grade volleyball finished their season on Friday, October 6, as 2nd place in their League! Congratulations to Coach Mark Marshall and Chris Yandell and the girls to a great season!
7th grade volleyball finished their season on Monday, October 2, with a close loss in the semifinals of the Greater Orlando Athletic Conference tournament. Congratulations to Coach Chat Ricchi and the 7th grade team!
8th grade volleyball finished their season on Thursday, October 5, with an undefeated season and winning the league championship tournament! Congratulations to Coach Lindsey Carter and Kris Smith and to our athletes on a great season!
Cross Country
Our Cross Country team completed their season by placing 2nd at the GOAC cross country championship meet on Tuesday, October 12. Congratulations to Coach Laura Kerlek, Terra Townsend and the boys on a great season!
Flag Football
ACYS flag football registration is open! Visit www.acys.org to register. The deadline to register is October 26.
Basketball
Boys’ Basketball conditioning begins next week on the following days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:45 pm to 5:00 pm.
Girls’ Basketball tryouts are Wednesday, October 18, from 3:45 pm to 4:30 pm in the gym.
Soccer
Boys’ Soccer will begin practice on Friday, October 20, from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm at Trotters Park.

Lower School Athletics
Volleyball
4th and 5th grade volleyball will complete their regular season on Saturday, October 14, with the 4th grade team playing at 10:00 am and the 5th grade team playing 11:00 am. The matches will be played at Faith Christian Academy.
Flag Football
Students enrolled in the Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade Flag Football clinic will practice on Friday, October 20, in the green space from 3:15 pm to 4:30 pm.
