Coaches Spotlight
It is time to meet two more wonderful TCS coaches.Our head volleyball coaches are seasoned veterans, Coach Lindsey Carter and Coach Mark Marshall.

Lindsey Carter
Coach Carter has been coaching volleyball at TCS for five years. Prior to coaching our 8th grade team, Lindsey was the head varsity coach at Dr. Phillips High School from 2006 to 2015. Gratefully, God led her here to TCS. We are blessed to have such a great teacher of the game! Lindsey has been married to her husband, Richard for 10 years. They have two girls who are TCS Lions, Mackenzie (4th grade) and Savannah (2nd grade). Lindsey teaches Hope (PE/Health) online for Orange County. She loves the beach and boating. Lindsey is also sister to our own Angela Harrison, TCS Development Specialist. Lindsey shares her favorite Bible verse: Psalm 16:8-9 – I keep my eyes always on the Lord. With him at my right hand, I will not be shaken. Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest secure.

Mark Marshall
Coach Marshall has been coaching for TCS since his daughter Montona played for the Lions in 2006, making this his fourteenth year coaching TCS volleyball! Coach Marshall has been a TCS parent, board member and consistently a faithful coach. When he is not coaching, Mark is a Financial Advisor and family man. He has been married to his wife Teri for 36 years. His daughter, Montana, is currently working on her masters in business. Coach Wiborg says, “One of my favorite facts about Coach Marshall is that he played football for FSU and for Coach Bobby Bowden.”
