Shay Roberts, 3rd Grade Teacher

Shay Roberts joins us as a 3rd grade teacher.  Early in her teaching career, Shay had the opportunity to teach elementary school at Eagles Wings Christian School in Zambia, Africa; she also has taught 4th grade at The First Academy in Orlando, while serving as their varsity soccer coach.  She earned her BS in Early Childhood/Elementary/Special Education from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama where she played soccer and met her husband Drew. They have two beautiful girls, Leah and Eve who will be attending The Magnolia Preschool.  Throughout her teaching career, Shay has been recognized for improving students’ confidence and providing them a nurturing environment to grow and develop. Shay has a strong desire to provide the highest quality education to her students at The Christ School while instilling a Biblical foundation.
