Gingerbread Realty Group

Fifth grade students were hired by the Gingerbread Realty Group located in the blistering cold North Pole. This season there are an unusually high number of elves seeking places to live. Our young real estate agents were in charge of overseeing construction and decoration of a gingerbread house and placing it on the market for sale. In order to convince prospective buyers to purchase their home, students worked to create a house that stood out from the others. Creative flyers, using vivid descriptions and specific word choices, were distributed by the students to entice elf buyers to tour their home.
