Lions’ Sports News September 12

Middle School boys’ and girls’ soccer tryouts will take place on Friday, September 21, from 4:30 to 5:30 pm at “The Factory” ( 2105 Lee Road Orlando, Florida 32810, located behind the ACYS main office). Students must be registered to participate.

Middle School girls’ basketball tryouts will take place on Friday, September 28, from 3:45 to 5:00 pm in the gym. Students must be registered to participate. Middle School boys’ basketball tryouts will take place on Friday, October 5, from 3:45 to  5:00 pm. Students must be registered to participate.

The following paperwork must be completed and turned in to the school office before attending tryouts: FHSAA physical form, FHSAA consent form and TCS waiver.

ACYS Flag Football sign-ups for 3rd – 8th grades, please register online by creating a login at www.acys.org.

Middle School
Cross Country has their next meet on Monday, September 17, starting at 4:30 pm at Trinity Prep (5700 Trinity Prep Ln, Winter Park, FL 32792).

Volleyball Gold Team has two matches at 9:00 and 10:00 am on Saturday, September 15, at Trinity Prep.  (5700 Trinity Prep Ln, Winter Park, FL 32792).

Volleyball Green Team has two matches at 9:00 and 11:00 am on Saturday, September 15, at Foundation Academy (15304 Tilden Rd, Winter Garden, FL 34787).

Lower School
4th and 5th grade volleyball practice will be held on Thursday, September 13, from 3:30 to 4:30 pm in the gym. The 4th and 5th grade teams have a match at 9:00 am on Saturday, September 15, at Faith Christian Academy (2008 North Goldenrod, Orlando, Fl. 32807).

ACYS 3rd grade soccer practice will be held on Thursday, September 13, 5:45 pm at The Factory (2105 Lee Road, Orlando, FL. 32810).  They have a game at 11:30 am on Saturday, September 15, at Martin Luther King Park on Field #1B. (1050 West Moore Blvd Winter Park, Florida 32789).

TK & K Soccer Shots practice will be held on Tuesday, September 18, from 3:30 to 4:05 pm on the green space.

1st and 2^nd grade Soccer Shots practice will be held on Thursday, September 13, from 3:30 to 4:05 pm on the green space.

Registration is open for TK – 2nd flag football clinic.
