Middle School
Uniform Return
Please be sure to return your washed TCS athletic uniform to the office in a bag marked with your name.

Sports Physicals and FHSAA Paperwork

All middle school athletes are required to have an FHSAA sports physical form signed by a physician, FHSAA consent form and an FHSAA concussion form. You can find all three forms on RenWeb under Resource Documents. These forms are required prior to your first practice day of any middle school sport.

The Christ School will offer an opportunity for sports physicals during Meet Your Teacher. Look for details in August.

Volleyball
All paperwork for the 2015-2016 school year can be found on RenWeb.
The fee and FHSAA paperwork are due August 11.

Cross Country
First practice is Thursday, August 13, 5:00 p.m. at Delaney Park.
All paperwork must be turned prior to the first practice.

Registration form and information sheet for the fall 2015 season can be found on RenWeb.

Soccer
Registration for the fall 2015 soccer season is open and will close August 10.
Registration is online at www.acys.org.
Choose The Christ School as your team as say yes to a uniform.
First game is September 12.
